So I thought it would be good to check in on January and February progress on increasing my activity and reducing that all important statistic: fatness (weight).
I’m down 10 lbs since the beginning of the year, which isn’t as fast as I’d like. It’s a little under a pound a week, and my goal was to be in-between 1-1.5lbs if possible. I still need some work on dietary restriction but how am I doing on activity?
November and December 2015:
The averages daily were similar around 5,000 steps. Up from 4,000 earlier in 2015.
Thanks to PAX my January and February averages are up quite a bit:
I continue to work on adding more movement to my work days, but the weather getting better will certainly allow for more walks with Ghost and that should really drive my average up even more.
Maybe I’ll muster up enough courage to post my weight charts in future updates.
